“I feel so bad for everyone who experiences these insecurities,” Sonal said. No matter how resilient a person is, in their heart of hearts, it always hurts when someone points out their shortcomings. These days, it’s not uncommon to hear remarks like “you gained weight.”

Saying something is OK, but keep in mind that you are reminding them of their weight gain journey, so it might be quite sensitive. You are unaware of their current feelings or how it makes them feel. I’ve seen men and boys struggling with the same fears,” the woman said.

“They are also being told to have a gym freak body and to be in good shape, which I feel is pretty bad,” the actress said. Any human being is considerably more than their looks; there are many topics to talk about than appearances.”

Sonal stated: “As a community and a country, we can’t help but notice a person’s appearance. In companies, institutions, schools, and even the entertainment sector, males and girls who are even darker are the target of remarks and stares.

“How people define beauty in relation to fairness is beyond me. We should all be grateful for our gorgeous skin, various complexions, and textures, since these characteristics make us distinct,” the speaker said.

On &TV, “Happu Ki Ultan Paltan” airs.
